ACCOMODATION
Hotel room contingents are available for Tech Impact Festival participants in Aachen. Booking is handled via the official Aachen Convention portal. Availability is limited and rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices and conditions can be found in the booking portal.
VENUE
C.A.R.L. – Central Auditorium for Research and Learning
The RWTH Tech Impact Festival takes place at the C.A.R.L. auditorium, which is centrally located in Aachen on Campus Mitte and close to Campus Melaten.
The venue is fully accessible, with step free access throughout and elevator access to all areas. Some project specific exhibits or activities outside the building may have limited accessibility. If you have any accessibility related questions, please contact the festival team.

GETTING THERE
By train and bus
C.A.R.L. is located in central Aachen and within walking distance of many hotels. Routes and timetables are available via ASEAG and the ASEAG naveo app.

The closest train station is Aachen West, about 300 m from C.A.R.L. The main entrance is on Claßenstraße, there is also a rear entrance on Geschwister Scholl Straße.

From Aachen Hauptbahnhof (Aachen Central Station), take bus 3A to Audimax and walk about 150 m. Alternatively, take bus 13A to Ponttor and walk about 400 m to the venue.

By car
Parking is available at the RWTH parking garage at Professor Pirlet Straße 10, opening hours are 07:00 to 23:00.
